Own and lead end-to-end management of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform portfolio including sourcing, contract lifecycle management, procure-to-pay, supplier and catalog enablement, and analytics reporting platforms.
Set S2P platform strategy and roadmap, drive value realization measured by productivity, adoption, cycle time, and decision quality, and ensure integration with SAP S/4HANA and Ariba ERP core.
Lead and develop a Hyderabad-based team; shift platform operations from reactive support to proactive, agent-embedded model; manage supplier and third-party product performance, licensing, renewals, and end-of-life transitions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
13+ years enterprise platform, digital product, or Source-to-Pay application management experience with 5+ years leading platform/product delivery and 3+ years leading teams.
At least 5 years in large, multi-region enterprises (5,000+ employees) running SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA).
Deep hands-on ownership of Source-to-Pay platforms and knowledge of integration with SAP S/4HANA and Ariba ERP core.
