Lead and develop a team of Demand and Supply Planners to oversee end-to-end demand and supply planning across all channels, ensuring optimal product availability and inventory management.
Drive demand forecasting accuracy and supply planning using advanced systems (Blue Yonder MDSP, EDGE analytics), integrating inputs from sales, category management, and market data.
Optimize planning processes, lead S&OP meetings, and report supply chain performance and risks to senior management to support strategic business goals.
10-13 years experience in demand and supply planning, preferably in retail, wholesale, or FMCG, with at least 5 years in leadership or team management.
Hands-on experience with advanced planning systems, specifically JDA/Blue Yonder Demand & Fulfillment (MDSP).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficient in ERP systems, BI/data visualization tools, and advanced Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL and handling large datasets is a plus.
Experienced leader who can manage and mentor a high-performing planning team within a complex, multi-channel supply chain environment.
Strong analytical and process optimization mindset with expertise in advanced planning platforms and data-driven decision making.
Skilled collaborator capable of working cross-functionally and communicating effectively with senior management and diverse stakeholders internationally.
