Support APAC Programme Manager in delivering D365 programme covering Order Processing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, and Production.
Own transition from legacy systems to D365 across Rotork’s factories and sales entities, ensuring global process alignment, data readiness, training, and system deployment.
Support system implementation aspects including data migration, solution specification, testing, training, and Go-live support with occasional travel to APAC sites.
Minimum Requirements
Proven subject matter expertise in D365 within operations with prior deployment or user experience.
Experience working on substantial D365 change projects or upgrades (ERP projects).
Experience in an Operations management role with strong knowledge of key operations processes.
Location: Based in Chennai, India; fixed term contract until end of 2027.

Demonstrated ability to manage senior internal and external stakeholders to provide information, drive decisions, and resolve issues.
Experience operating effectively under high pressure in agile and dynamic environments handling unexpected challenges.
