Lead process improvement initiatives for Global Manufacturing inventory using data analysis and Business Intelligence tools.

Drive inventory-related projects to balance shortage reduction and Excess & Obsolete (E&O) exposure, collaborating with cross-functional teams with minimal supervision.

Analyze inventory trends, track issues, refresh replenishment parameters, assess inventory health, and proactively coordinate issue resolution.

Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

5-8 years of experience in equipment manufacturing, supply chain, order execution, or aftermarket supply chain.

Preferred semiconductor industry background and experience with project management office (PMO).

Exposure to SAP, Kinaxis, O9, or other planning applications.

Experienced in supply chain operations within equipment manufacturing, preferably semiconductor sector.

Able to independently manage projects impacting inventory strategy and working across multiple functions.

Skilled in analytical problem-solving with knowledge of inventory management principles and end-to-end supply chain concepts.
