Collaborate directly with customer project teams to deliver complete project lifecycle solutions in data conversion within enterprise software environments.
Minimum Requirements
At least 3+ years of technical experience in data conversion for enterprise software applications.
Hands-on SQL skills required; experience with ETL software and Microsoft Excel mandatory.
Functional experience in HCM, Financials, or Student modules preferred; Financial systems domain experience preferred.
Work Experience Required: 3+ years in relevant data conversion roles; Workday experience preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end project lifecycle of data conversion and integration for HRMS/Financial systems implementations, with emphasis on accuracy and completeness of data.
Capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment managing multiple priorities concurrently.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, research, planning, and communication skills with a collaborative approach to working with diverse stakeholders.
