Provide 24x7 operations and troubleshooting for cloud hosting services, including incident management and system outage analysis.
Drive automation in performance, monitoring, logging, security, backups, compliance, and support cloud infrastructure projects assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements
Experience with DevOps automation tools and cloud platform management (GCP, AWS, Azure), Terraform, and GitHub.
Systems administration skills in Windows and Linux, scripting with Powershell, Bash, or Python.
Understanding of enterprise monitoring tools, ITIL foundations, and cloud architectures including security, access management, and infrastructure as code.
Work Experience Required: At least 1 year experience with GCP, Azure, and AWS; 1-2 years in Infrastructure as Code and enterprise systems monitoring.
