Own and lead enterprise network and cloud security operations and incident response for Palo Alto Networks firewalls, proxies, WAFs, and AWS/Azure environments.
Responsible for advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and security implementation across multiple security technologies including firewall, proxy, and cloud.
Provide technical mentoring to security engineers and lead security incident management and remediation activities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
8–10 years of IT or related experience.
4+ years hands-on Palo Alto Networks firewall experience including operations and incident response.
4+ years experience with WAF deployment and operations plus hands-on enterprise proxy security experience.
Experience with AWS or Azure cloud security and network troubleshooting.
3+ years programming/scripting experience in Python and shell scripting.
Available for 24x7 on-call rotation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical lead comfortable with hands-on operations and mentoring in enterprise security technologies including Palo Alto Networks and cloud security.
Strong expertise in advanced firewall management, incident response, and root cause analysis within hybrid (on-prem and cloud) environments.
Proficient in managing security across cloud platforms AWS and Azure, including related tools like GuardDuty, Security Hub, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
