Minimum Requirements
3 to 7+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer in developing, testing, and deploying large scale applications.
Proficient in Golang, PostgreSQL, Redis, unit testing frameworks, CI/CD, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes.
Strong knowledge of memory management, concurrency, multithreading, database interactions, fault tolerance, performance optimization, and monitoring.
Preferable cloud experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or others; English bilingual; Location: Bangalore or Gurgaon; Join by August 15th.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced backend engineer skilled in designing and operating high-throughput, real-time systems with microservice architecture.
Strong technical expertise in Golang and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes) within agile development environments.
Capable of independently managing release cycles and cloud migration projects with a focus on system reliability and scalability.
