Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience working within a Finance Technology function, preferably in large Financial Services organizations.
Relevant Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or Oracle Fusion Applications certifications required.
Experienced in Oracle Cloud ERP Fusion application integrations focused on finance business processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, Oracle RMB).
Proven ability to lead and mentor virtual development teams, influence across interpersonal boundaries, and drive high availability and scalability in global Finance ERP environments.
Skilled in Agile, DevOps practices with a bias for test-driven development and rapid deployment in cloud/SaaS settings.
