Minimum Requirements
4+ years of experience as a backend engineer owning production backend systems.
Proficient in one or more of TypeScript, Go, Rust, or Python.
Experience with scalable API design, state management, queues, workers, storage, databases, and service contracts.
Location requirement: Bengaluru, India.

Experience building backend systems for complex, asynchronous media workflows or video infrastructure.
Demonstrated ability to translate product requirements into practical, reliable backend architecture focused on performance and operational simplicity.
