Minimum Requirements
3 to 7 years of FullStack engineering experience with a strong portfolio of impactful projects.
Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js, React.js, Next.js) and/or Python (FastAPI or Flask).
Strong SQL skills with experience designing schemas and optimizing performance (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
Experience with API design for large-scale distributed systems, system design knowledge, and cloud deployment (AWS preferred).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced FullStack engineer with demonstrated expertise in complex algorithmic challenges and text processing optimizations.
Capable of leading technical design including API scalability, caching strategies, and mentoring or leading junior developers.
Exposure to integrating ML models (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face) and working with AI/LLM APIs preferred.
