Lead design and development of production-grade agentic AI applications on AWS Strands SDK and Bedrock AgentCore, focusing on end-to-end delivery including tool orchestration, reasoning, memory, and streaming.
Own and enforce engineering quality standards across 1–2 agile teams including code design, testing, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and on-call readiness.
Drive technical roadmap and incident management including triage, RCA, postmortems, and reliability follow-ups with mentoring and leadership of engineering teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience; alternatively 10+ years experience without degree.

Experience with AWS Strands SDK and/or Bedrock AgentCore SDK including core AWS services and demonstrated hands-on experience building agentic/LLM applications in production.
Proven technical leadership managing 1–2 software delivery teams with strong engineering quality and mentorship focus.
Strong practitioner of agentic AI systems as real software including modern architectural patterns, cloud-native services, and RAG fundamentals.
Experienced in DevOps/LLMOps and incident response with ability to own end-to-end CI/CD, observability, and operational excellence for AI agent services.
