Own end-to-end analytics initiatives for HackerRank’s products including AI-powered experiences, content, community growth, and platform initiatives.
Define and evolve metrics related to adoption, engagement, retention, satisfaction, and customer value to inform product decisions and prioritization.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Content, Design, and Marketing teams to frame hypotheses, design experiments, interpret results, and recommend next steps.
Minimum Requirements
3-6 years of full-time experience in product analytics, data science, growth analytics, consumer analytics, or related field.
Advanced SQL skills and experience with event/session/clickstream-level product data.
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and handling large or text-based datasets.
Strong foundation in statistics including hypothesis testing, regression, causal inference, and experimentation methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in owning analytics projects end-to-end in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
Familiar with product metrics related to AI, content quality, developer workflows, or community engagement is a plus.
Comfortable collaborating across multiple product and business teams to translate ambiguous questions into actionable insights.
