Support global business development teams in lead generation and scheduling product demos for SaaS subscriptions and IT services.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect and demo information under supervision.
Attend weekly training sessions to develop business development skills and contribute to client acquisition efforts across multiple international markets with flexible remote shifts.
Minimum Requirements
No prior work experience required; suitable for freshers, final-year students, or early-career individuals.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
English communication proficiency at B1+ level and basic computer skills including CRM usage.
Reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps+), personal laptop/desktop with minimum 8GB RAM, and ability to work flexible remote shifts either 2:00 PM–11:00 PM IST or 8:00 PM–5:00 AM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Comfortable working remotely with self-discipline during international time zone shifts focused on Europe, Asia-Pacific, Middle East, or North America.
Interested in developing practical skills in business development for SaaS and IT services within a structured training and mentorship environment.
Able to reliably support administrative CRM tasks and interact with global client prospects through digital communication tools.
