Minimum Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) consulting, implementation, or support.
Minimum 5 years of Java backend development experience focused on system integrations, including use of frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and J2EE.
Proven experience working with IGA platforms like Saviynt, SailPoint, or One Identity and integrating with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
Strong knowledge of IAM concepts including RBAC, entitlement management, and protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading complex IGA implementations with measurable outcomes in enterprise environments.
Highly skilled in Java-based system integrations and custom development to extend IGA capabilities.
Comfortable managing multiple projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing technical leadership and mentorship within Agile teams.
