GN- T&O - Talent Development and Learning – Manager

Lead design and delivery of AI-powered talent development strategies and capability building programs aligned with business priorities in global client environments.

Manage large-scale projects including governance, budgets, risk mitigation, and stakeholder reporting for complex AI-enabled workforce transformations.

Mentor multidisciplinary, geographically distributed teams to create digitally enhanced, talent-first workforce solutions and oversee external partner engagements.

10+ years experience in workforce capability development or related domains, with 5+ years leading large-scale corporate talent programs and distributed teams.

Graduate/Postgraduate degree preferably in HR, talent development, organizational sciences, or related fields; qualifications like MA/Diploma in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, MBA, or PMP preferred.

Proven experience in designing and delivering AI-supported capability transformation initiatives and enterprise talent development solutions for global clients.

Location: Gurugram, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, or Chennai locations; Work Experience Required: Minimum 10 years (explicitly stated).
