Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Lead and architect Microsoft Azure-based SaaS platform reliability, observability, and automation initiatives across multiple product areas.

Drive design and governance of Azure implementation patterns ensuring platform scalability, security, cost-efficiency, and standardized operation.

Lead incident response, define reliability metrics (SLOs, SLIs), mentor senior engineers, and represent SRE function in executive planning and technical due diligence.

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

8+ years experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Architecture.

Extensive expertise in Microsoft Azure architecture, deployment, automation, and cost optimization.

Strong mastery of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep), observability tools, ITIL processes, and experience in regulated, security-conscious environments.

Technical leader with strategic and hands-on experience optimizing Azure-based SRE platforms and SaaS cloud-native transformations.

Skilled in mentoring senior engineers, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with product, security, and architecture stakeholders.

Experienced in navigating complexity and ambiguity within financial services or regulated sectors with strong operational rigor.
