Experience in greenfield infrastructure builds and ownership of production-grade Kubernetes and Kafka environments with compliance considerations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act).
Operates effectively within small, fast-moving technical teams and is comfortable hands-on with coding, debugging, and infrastructure automation.
