Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) – Clinical Intelligence

Lead design, development, and maintenance of full-stack features for clinical data annotation and internal tooling platforms.

Collaborate with product managers, architects, security teams, ML engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure platform capabilities supporting healthcare data modeling and AI workflows.

Drive technical decisions, engineering best practices, mentorship, and long-term reliability and scalability of clinical intelligence services.

Graduate or Masters degree in computer science, data science, clinical informatics, health information management, clinical research, data analysis or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience with hands-on programming in C# and .NET/.NET Core, React, TypeScript, Redux, and backend development using NestJS (Node.js) and/or C#/.NET.

Proficiency in SQL, statistical programming language (R or Python), familiarity with Spark big data analytics and GenAI tools.

Experience with software engineering practices including unit testing, code reviews, source control, CI/CD, and production service ownership; working onsite daily at Hyderabad, India office.

Experienced senior full-stack engineer with strong healthcare or clinical data domain exposure, especially in complex data modeling and annotation tooling.

Proven ability to architect and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack software solutions involving frontend, backend, APIs, and big data integrations supporting ML workflows.

Comfortable working in a high-collaboration, fast-paced environment involving product, security, ML teams, and handling production service issues with an ownership mindset.
