Analyst - Data Scientist

Develop, validate, and deploy advanced AI and machine learning models leveraging healthcare datasets to drive commercial analytics and business optimizations.

Lead statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and commercial analytics projects including Marketing Mix Models and Next-Best-Action recommendation systems to measure and enhance business effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) and governance standards while collaborating cross-functionally and communicating findings to diverse stakeholders.

Master's or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science, Econometrics, Applied Mathematics, or related quantitative field.

4–8+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, life sciences, or commercial analytics involving advanced statistical and machine learning modeling.

Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with machine learning libraries and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and Spark.

Experience handling de-identified patient-level healthcare data and adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory compliance frameworks.

Experienced data scientist with strong expertise in healthcare or life sciences commercial analytics, focusing on AI-native problem solving and advanced statistical methods.

Skilled in developing and operationalizing predictive models and commercial analytics solutions within regulated environments, emphasizing data privacy and governance.

Comfortable working in cross-functional teams, translating complex analytics into business impact, and driving AI-first innovation using modern data platforms and agentic AI tools.
