Minimum Requirements
5-10 years of relevant experience in mobile application development.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.
Strong hands-on expertise in both Android (Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Jetpack, MVVM/MVI/Clean Architecture, Coroutines) and iOS (Swift, Objective C, SwiftUI/UIKit, MVVM/Clean Architecture, Swift Concurrency).
Experience integrating mobile apps with RESTful APIs and knowledge of mobile security best practices in financial services environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven technical leadership in mobile application architecture and engineering excellence within enterprise or regulated financial settings.
Experience working with digital banking products and core banking integrations, preferably in Canadian banking or Credit Union environments.
Ability to manage complex technical projects with cross-team collaboration, mentoring, and maintaining high quality, secure, and scalable mobile banking solutions.
