Lead end-to-end management of digital transformation projects in lending within BFSI sector, including process definition, requirements gathering, and implementation.
Act as liaison between business, technical teams, and vendors to clarify requirements, manage delivery, and ensure adherence to governance frameworks.
Manage multiple simultaneous projects with responsibility for tracking, reporting status to senior management, and setting up governance and compliance scorecards.
Minimum Requirements
4-7 years of relevant experience in BFSI sector, preferably with exposure to lending products and credit policies.
Mandatory skills: Digital Transformation and Lending domain expertise.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (BE/BTech) and/or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Willingness and ability to travel to client locations in India and abroad as per project requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working in banks, NBFCs, fintech, or IT consulting firms with exposure to loan systems such as Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS).
Demonstrated ability to manage complex digital transformation projects with governance and compliance management.
Proficient in business modeling, requirements gathering, and acting as conduit between technical and business teams in fast-paced environments.
