Program Manager, Supply Chain, Networking Infrastructure Parts

Develop and manage short and long term supply and demand models to optimize costs, inventory, and service levels for data center networking infrastructure parts.

Present supply and demand recommendations to leadership and drive timely decision-making while ensuring clear communication across supply chain stakeholders.

Coordinate with procurement, materials management, and deployment teams to handle supply commitments, shortages, and mitigation actions to minimize impact on capacity delivery.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Minimum 2 years of experience in program or project management, preferably with supply/demand planning and data center infrastructure.

Experience with material planning and capital investment decision-making.

Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of program or project management experience.

Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, demonstrating ability to collaborate and influence at multiple organizational levels.

Strong accountability for end-to-end project lifecycle with ability to drive cross-functional process improvements.

Background or advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in Business Process Management, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management preferred.
