Develop and maintain the Product Information Management (PIM) strategy aligned with domain architects and business objectives.
Own and prioritize the PIM backlog and roadmap based on business strategy and priorities, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and IT including multiple vendors to optimize PIM processes, implement data governance policies, and ensure high-quality, compliant product information.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in product information management, product data management or master data management in the manufacturing industry, ideally electronics.
Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience delivering product increments in an agile to hybrid environment; scrum or SAFe certification preferred.
Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Experienced in managing complex data, processes, and infrastructure within product information management contexts.
Proven ability to engage with and manage global stakeholders across multiple functions effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in agile product ownership and delivery methodologies.
