Collaborate continuously with product managers and engineers during development and post-launch to refine screens using user feedback and analytics.
Minimum Requirements
0–1 years experience in UI/UX design; internships and strong college projects count.
Portfolio demonstrating design process and reasoning; product/app-specific work is a strong plus.
Working proficiency with Figma or similar design tools; basic prototyping skills.
Solid understanding of mobile-first design, responsive layouts, platform UI conventions (Android/iOS), and UX fundamentals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrates product thinking focused on user behavior and conversion issues, not only visual design.
Comfortable explaining and defending design decisions; works closely with cross-functional teams throughout development.
Experience or strong interest in consumer mobile app design, preferably targeted at youth/Gen-Z audiences.
