Engineer, Senior Machine Learning (ML Compiler)

Lead design, development, and implementation of AI/ML solutions across multiple domains with focus on performance and accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrating AI/ML components and manage project timelines and resources.

Mentor junior engineers and advance quantization and optimization techniques for AI/ML models on Qualcomm hardware.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field with 4+ years software engineering experience OR Master's degree with 3+ years experience.

Experience with software architecture and programming languages including C++ and Python.

Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ONNX.

Work Experience Required: 4+ years of software engineering or related work experience.

Experienced in deep learning frameworks and state-of-the-art model architectures including CV, NLP, LLM, GenAI, classification, and object detection.

Knowledgeable in quantization (8-bit, 4-bit), calibration algorithms, machine learning compiler techniques, and graph optimizations.

Proficient in software design patterns and able to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers effectively.
