Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with no prior experience; or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years in project or program management.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
Analytical ability to leverage data for decision support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has experience leading complex, cross-functional programs focused on operational excellence and process governance.
Comfortable working in data-driven environments and using analytics to influence business outcomes.
Familiarity with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and semiconductor or global supply chain industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
