Experience developing architecture standards, data governance, and technology roadmaps in complex operational/ manufacturing environments.
Strong background in leading cross-functional technology initiatives involving engineering, operations, and IT stakeholders in manufacturing environments.
Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies such as smart factory platforms, digital twins, advanced analytics, or real-time manufacturing intelligence (preferred but not mandatory).
Familiarity with manufacturing standards (e.g., ISA-95, GMP) and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) to influence global or multi-site architecture roadmaps and decisions.
