Build and maintain cloud security automation using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins), embedding security controls into pipelines to ensure secure-by-design cloud deployments.
Automate AWS security compliance enforcement including policy checks, drift detection, vulnerability analysis, and implement automated detection/remediation for cloud misconfigurations and security gaps.
Partner with DevOps and application teams to provide early-stage architecture security guidance, develop reusable security templates/frameworks, and document operational standards and runbooks.
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of expert-level experience in Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible) or minimum 5+ years experience without degree.
3 to 5 years of CI/CD automation experience (e.g., Jenkins, CloudBees) focused on security guardrails and policy enforcement.
Deep hands-on expertise in AWS networking and security components including VPC, routing, NACLs, Security Groups, IAM, CloudTrail, Config, Security Hub.
Work timings require availability between 06:00 AM to 11:30 AM Eastern Time; ability to work from Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Kolkata, or Delhi/NCR hubs is required.
Experienced in large-scale cloud security automation with strong hands-on skills in IaC and CI/CD integration in an enterprise AWS environment.
Familiar with policy-as-code, cloud security posture tools, and designing scalable compliant security group standards.
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with DevOps and application teams to embed security early in cloud architecture with strong documentation practices.
