Manage first-level plant administration including transportation, housekeeping, maintenance of housing colony and guest house, vehicle management, and contractor oversight.
Oversee canteen and security services ensuring hygiene, training, deployment, and compliance with SOPs and entry/exit procedures.
Support HR functions such as induction and onboarding of new joiners, training program implementation, time attendance monitoring, benefits administration, and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
Graduate degree in any discipline; PG Diploma in Business or Public Administration is advantageous.

Comfortable operating in a regulated manufacturing environment with compliance focus in labour laws and statutory requirements.
