Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.
Professional accounting qualification preferred (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent).
10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience within multinational, shared services, GCC, or complex global environments.
Experience required in financial close, financial reporting, general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, internal controls, audit support, and stakeholder management.
Experienced leader in financial close and accounting governance with demonstrated ability to manage global finance processes and teams.
Strong technical expertise in inventory, revenue, royalty accounting, and ERP/financial reporting systems including Oracle, BlackLine, or Hyperion.
Ability to lead process transformation, standardization, and automation initiatives while fostering stakeholder collaboration and compliance adherence.
