Lead the creation, implementation, and adoption of the Enterprise Data Governance framework within assigned business domains.
Collaborate with business, Data Product Owners, Data Stewards, and technology teams to establish data ownership, improve data quality, and ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements.
Drive governance activities including data definitions, metadata management, data quality monitoring, and support governance councils and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
8–13 years of relevant experience with strong focus on Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, Metadata Management, or MDM.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
Experience operationalizing enterprise or domain-level Data Governance frameworks and use of governance/catalog tools like Collibra, Alation, or Informatica.
Working knowledge of SQL or similar data analysis methods.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading cross-functional stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams to drive data governance adoption.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex governance frameworks, including metadata, data quality, lineage, privacy, and master data management.
Background in regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare is advantageous but not mandatory.
