Own and grow a portfolio of large Manufacturing & Distribution Industry (MDI) accounts in Hyderabad and Chennai by developing and executing strategic account plans aligned to business priorities.
Drive large, complex sales opportunities through consultative selling, leading opportunity strategy, executive engagement, and orchestrating HPE specialist teams and partners to deliver differentiated solutions.
Position and expand adoption of HPE's portfolio including Networking, Private 5G, Financial Services, and hybrid IT solutions to meet customer business and technology needs while managing revenue, pipeline, forecast accuracy, and profitable growth objectives.
Minimum 12 years of enterprise technology sales or account management experience with proven ability to manage large strategic accounts and close complex deals.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
Strong experience in consultative and solution selling in large enterprises with demonstrated relationship building with CXO and senior business/technology stakeholders.
Work Location: Hybrid role requiring average 2 days per week presence at HPE office (in Hyderabad or Chennai).
Experienced strategic account manager comfortable operating in complex, matrixed, and competitive enterprise environments within Manufacturing & Distribution sectors.
Proven ability to develop multi-year account strategies, engage senior executives (CXOs), and identify whitespace to open new opportunities in existing accounts.
Strong commercial acumen with successful track record in orchestrating cross-functional teams and channel partners to win large, complex technology deals.
