Prepare and maintain Finance MIS reports including dealer incentives, discounts, schemes, and commercial transactions.
Perform validations to ensure accuracy of incentive calculations, discounts, and authorized schemes while identifying discrepancies or financial leakages.
Provide timely and accurate MIS and financial data to management to support business decision-making and coordinate with sales and accounts teams to resolve discrepancies.
Minimum Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Finance MIS, Commercial Finance, or Management Reporting.
Strong skills in Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis.
Experience with handling sales data, incentives, discounts, schemes, and financial transactions.
Work Experience Required: 2–5 years in specified domains.

Detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and numerical skills capable of managing large volumes of data.
Experienced in coordinating between Sales and Accounts teams to resolve commercial and data discrepancies.
Proficient in improving MIS formats, reporting systems, and financial control processes.
