Manage end-to-end preparation and review of financial statements, portfolio schedules, and mandatory regulatory reports for investment company clients ensuring timely delivery.
Perform and oversee multiple levels of review on client financial reporting, manage client deliverables, relationships and coordinate activities among global offshore partners.
Lead risk management and process improvement initiatives; provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and handle HR decisions for team members.
10+ to 12+ years of experience in Mutual Fund/Hedge Fund financial reporting, accounting, or related finance field including prior staff management experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Economics with specialization in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred; CA/CPA/ACCA or similar professional qualification preferred.
Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
Ability and willingness to work shifts overlapping US, APAC, and EMEA hours; strong technology proficiency including automation tools (FundSuite, MCH, Macros, etc.).
Experienced leader in financial reporting for mutual funds/hedge funds with deep knowledge of fund structures, including master-feeder and 40 Act funds.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-department operations with global offshore teams and adhere to strict regulatory deadlines.
Strategic problem solver with strong communication skills, capable of managing risk and driving process automation and improvements.
