Minimum Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in financial services consulting with Indian banks and NBFCs.
Strong understanding of Indian financial services ecosystem, particularly lending, collections, and trade finance.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Location: Mumbai with mandatory office presence at least 3 days a week (hybrid model).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in business strategy, digital transformation, customer experience optimization, and product innovation within Indian financial services.
Skilled in stakeholder management at CXO and business head level, driving cross-functional teams and project delivery.
Proven ability in data analysis, problem-solving in change environments, and adoption of new technologies like loan origination systems.
