Chief Operating Officer, Western Sydney University India

Lead establishment, operations, and sustainable growth of Western Sydney University’s India campus in Noida.

Accountable for executing the India business plan including governance, financial management, workforce planning, and regulatory compliance.

Manage campus operations across academic support, finance, governance, marketing, student recruitment, IT, security, and external engagement with government and regulatory bodies.

Senior leadership experience in a complex organisation required.

Experience leading operational teams and managing or establishing an international entity or campus in India.

Postgraduate qualifications in business, management, higher education, or related disciplines highly desirable.

Right to work in India for the full term or employer-sponsored work authorisation mandatory.

Experienced in working with boards, governance committees, and senior stakeholders in universities, government, multinationals, or large not-for-profits.

Strong knowledge of Indian and Australian or comparable multinational regulatory environments.

Capable of managing complex multinational operational portfolios with strategic alignment and stakeholder engagement.
