Manage inventory control focusing on perishable/live plant stock to minimize wastage and conduct stock audits.
Optimize distribution network through replenishment planning, route optimization, and performance tracking to maintain product availability and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
4–6 years of relevant experience in inventory control, logistics, or demand planning (FMCG, agriculture, or perishable goods experience preferred).
Proficiency with forecasting/planning software such as SAP or similar ERP tools.
Location requirement: On-site at Talegaon MIDC, Monday to Saturday.

Experienced in managing perishable inventory in a supply chain or distribution role, preferably in FMCG or agriculture sectors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on data-driven forecasting and reacting to supply chain disruptions.
Demonstrated ability coordinating cross-functionally with sales, production, and logistics teams in dynamic, high-growth environments.
