Lead architecture and implementation of enterprise-scale DevOps, CI/CD, and AIOps solutions for Salesforce, MuleSoft, Java, and Microsoft Dynamics environments.
Drive release modernization, deployment quality, platform reliability, and delivery efficiency using automation, AIOps, and GenAI-enabled engineering.
Assess delivery environments, define target DevOps/AIOps models, lead large multi-platform DevOps delivery teams, and coordinate across stakeholders to improve operational performance.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
10+ years technology experience including Salesforce delivery, DevOps, release management, and CI/CD architecture.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, MuleSoft, Java applications, Microsoft Dynamics DevOps and release management.
Mandatory certifications: Certified Platform Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect, Copado Fundamentals 1, Copado Fundamentals 2.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader skilled in multi-platform DevOps and enterprise-scale CI/CD implementations across Salesforce, MuleSoft, Java, and Dynamics ecosystems.
Proficient in designing and troubleshooting complex release processes, environment strategies, and automation leveraging AIOps and GenAI capabilities.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous delivery improvements.
