Staff Technical Program Manager — Multi-Entity Account Scale & Access Lifecycle

Own and drive two major identity programs: scaling account models from hundreds to thousands of entities with hierarchical and group administration, and automating the access lifecycle (joiner/mover/leaver) with precise permission management and audit trails.

Develop end-to-end delivery plans and governance models, manage risks and dependencies, and lead change management ensuring customer migration to new identity models without disruption.

Partner closely with engineering, product teams, and identity architects to ensure secure, performant, and reliable solutions while applying AI tools to accelerate program analysis and delivery.

8+ years in technical program management within platform or high-scale software development environments, leading cross-engineering-org programs.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent technical field.

Direct experience delivering customer identity and access management (CIAM) capabilities at scale, including authentication, authorization, organization modeling, or user provisioning.
