Conduct and oversee property operations audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards and drive operational efficiency.
Define, monitor, and manage Key Result Areas (KRAs) for the property operations team to align with company objectives and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
Analyze audit data to identify inefficiencies, provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the team, and prepare detailed performance and operational reports in collaboration with stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in property operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership or specialist role.
Graduate degree in any discipline is mandatory; advanced certifications in operations or related fields are a plus.
Proven expertise in audit processes, performance management, and KRA implementation.
Location requirement: Willingness to work in Acquisition (Wada location).
