Design, deploy, and manage Azure Stack HCI and VMware virtualization infrastructure environments including vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.
Implement and maintain high availability, disaster recovery, backup solutions, and hybrid cloud integrations including Azure Arc.
Develop automation scripts (PowerShell) and handle capacity planning, health monitoring, and performance tuning across infrastructure components.
Minimum 4+ years hands-on experience in virtualization and infrastructure management.
Strong expertise in Azure Stack HCI, VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and Windows Server administration.
Bachelor of Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) degree required.
Experience with infrastructure automation using PowerShell scripting essential.
Experienced in managing enterprise datacenter and hybrid cloud environments with complex virtualization needs.
Proficient in managing Hyper-Converged Infrastructure including Storage Spaces Direct and VMware vSAN clusters.
Familiar with integrating hybrid cloud services such as Azure Arc and implementing infrastructure backup and disaster recovery solutions.
