Design, develop, test, document, and review large-scale ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integration projects, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.
Mentor peers and lead teams to deliver ServiceNow modules including scripting, integrations (especially with Workday), automation, and performance analytics.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience or equivalent through work/training/education/military.
Mandatory expertise in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript), configuration, and customization of ServiceNow modules.
Must hold certifications: ServiceNow Certified Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and Certified Implementation Specialist – HR.
Experience with multiple ServiceNow integrations (preferably 4-5), including Workday, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Performance Analytics, and ATF automation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise-wide ServiceNow HRSD implementations with strong technical and architectural expertise.
Skilled in troubleshooting complex ServiceNow scripting/configuration and enforcing development best practices across teams.
Proven ability to convert functional requirements into technical design, lead code reviews, and collaborate closely with ServiceNow product owners and senior technology teams.
