Experienced in designing and managing cloud-hosted omni-channel contact center platforms at enterprise scale with a focus on scalability and fault tolerance.
Strategic thinker capable of creating long-term cloud migration strategies and platform roadmaps while guiding delivery teams via architecture standards.
Hands-on architect with a background in integrating cloud contact center technologies and APIs with enterprise CRM and workforce management systems.
