5+ years of formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and applied software engineering experience.
Proven expertise in implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments and deep understanding of Salesforce security and data modeling best practices.
Demonstrated experience using approved AI-assisted software development tools and leading team adoption with awareness of responsible AI use, security, and compliance.
