Manage a team of ~20 software engineers and SDETs responsible for development, quality, and evolution of the PowerPack portfolio.
Own delivery and execution including sprint accountability, capacity planning, and escalation management with regular reporting of progress and risks.
Lead technical architecture reviews, promote engineering best practices, sponsor cross-team initiatives, and implement AI-enabled engineering workflows within the team.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3-5 years leading engineering teams of similar size (~20 engineers).
Proficiency with Python, REST APIs, database technologies, distributed systems, and strong knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, and testing methodologies.
Hands-on experience delivering at least one AI-enabled software feature including design and technical contributions.
