Own and govern the entire Release and Deployment Management process for applications, infrastructure, and technology solutions into production environments.
Plan, coordinate, and manage release activities, schedules, and roadmaps aligned to business priorities across multiple platforms and services.
Mitigate release risks, conduct readiness assessments, coordinate stakeholders cross-functionally, and oversee deployment and rollback strategies to minimize operational impact.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of experience in Release Management, Deployment Management, IT Operations, Service Management, Change Management, or related functions.
Hands-on expertise with enterprise release and deployment processes, governance, and production implementations in complex business environments.
Familiarity with ITIL Release & Deployment Management, Service Transition, and Change Enablement practices.
Experience using ITSM and release tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced managing multi-team and cross-functional coordination involving Development, Infrastructure, Security, Testing, Operations, and Business stakeholders for releases.
Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD with practical experience in automated deployment platforms like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Skilled at risk assessment and mitigation for production releases, with the ability to manage complex release schedules and dependencies across global environments.
