Minimum Requirements
7-10 years of Program Management experience in manufacturing, including 3-4 years at Flex in program management.
Minimum 3+ years experience as a people manager handling teams.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related discipline.
Flexible to work in any shift; hands-on experience with SAP/Baan ERP platforms.

Experienced in managing complex projects and customer relationships within manufacturing environments, with strong operational and financial understanding.
Proven ability to lead teams through change and deliver measurable business results, with strong stakeholder management and influence across multiple levels.
Competent in using ERP systems and automation tools to improve operational performance and efficiency.
