Lead and develop a team of SAP P2S consultants and developers to deliver continuous business requirements for SAP R/3 and S4 HANA.
Define and drive the vision and product lifecycle management of the Production to Stock (P2S) process chain, including design, rollout, support, and maintenance.
Collaborate with IT Product Development teams and stakeholders to ensure process optimization, system integration, backlog prioritization, and cross-team conflict resolution.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in Production to Stock (P2S) and SAP developments as a leader of expert teams.
Expertise in production IT applications, SAP R/3 and S/4 HANA in Production Planning & Execution.
Knowledge of Solution Manager and Jira Tool.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong domain expertise in Production to Stock processes within SAP environments, combining strategic vision with technical depth.
Experience leading and staffing agile teams within complex, global IT organizations, coordinating cross-team priorities and driving standardization.
Track record in managing end-to-end product lifecycle for SAP-based production planning solutions, including process design and governance consultation.
