Proven expertise in computer vision (classification, detection, segmentation) and speech/audio processing including ASR models like Whisper or Azure Cognitive Services.
Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, OpenCV, torchaudio, with experience in model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning, distillation).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in deploying and scaling multimodal AI systems (vision and speech) in production, especially in challenging real-world conditions (noise, low light, varied accents).
Skilled in building secure, compliant AI pipelines addressing adversarial inputs, privacy standards (GDPR, HIPAA), and anomaly detection.
Strong cross-functional collaborator who can lead complex AI projects and mentor junior engineers, with practical knowledge of domain-specific agricultural applications.
